I don’t keep track of ‘how much’ I eat of anything. I eat when I’m hungry and that’s it. I never eat when bored or just because. As for how tall I am, I’m 5’5
My SRWC (Student Recreation and Wellness Center) Workout
I get asked all the time how I’m so skinny or how I’m so in shape. Keep in mind, I am not extremely skinny. A lot of people assume I weight only 100 pounds or something, however, I am healthy and I weight 125 pounds with a very low percentage of body fat.
I’m going to list off a ‘typical’ day at the Rec for me (even the distractions). I go to the Rec for 2 hours a day (minimum), 7 days a week, after class for 5 of the those days and right when they open on the weekend. So here you go:
1) Play basketball (45 minutes to 1 hour)
2) Stretch (5 minutes)
3) Talk to my girlfriend/friends (15 minutes to 25 minutes) DISTRACTION!!!
5) Ab workouts (25 minutes to 40 minutes)
6) Cardio (15 minutes to 40 minutes) my cardio does vary and I normally do it only 3 days a week.
7) Leg toning (15 minutes to 20 minutes)
8) Talk to my girlfriend/friends (until we all decide we no longer have motivation) DISTRACTION!!!
Even I have times where I have zero motivation to workout, which is why I am happy my girlfriend and friends are Rec Rats also. They can give me motivation or at least push me to do something. We’ve all are at the point to where we will feel physically sick if we don’t do some kind of workout everyday and fitness is just as important to us as our school work and relationships.

How do you stay fit and healthy.. I know you work out 2 hours a day everyday.. but what foods do you eat and how do you burn fat, and stay slim??
I tend to eat a lot of foods with protein, mainly a lot of chicken (simply because I love chicken lol). When I workout the protein comes in handle because I don’t lift weights, I just tone my muscles. Cardio is good for burning fat and staying slim, running is one of the best workouts for abs. I have consistency with the times I go to the gym, but I confuse my muscles during my workouts by changing my routine in the gym.
Lucky my girlfriend got off work early on St. Patrick’s Day. I had called her at 9:15ish when she text me.
Me: How much do you like me?
My girlfriend: I like you a lot Jennifer.
(of course she thinks I’m drunk, and I really wasn’t)
Me: I’m not drunk I swear, my best friend is. Can you do me a favor? Can you come to the bar and follow me to Jenna’s house in her car and then take her and I to my house to get my car?
My Girlfriend: Of course. I’ll call you when I’m there. Love you.
Okay, so the “love you” freaked me out, and I didn’t say anything back except “okay”.
Fast forward about 4 hours. My girlfriend decided to hang out with us at the bar. We have no idea how we managed to get her in considering she is only 20 and we were at an Irish Pub, but the bouncer marked her as 21. I had given her two beads that this cute server gave me. (This server also paid for all of my drinks and she sat down and talked to me a few times. I don’t think my girlfriend was lovin that). Anyway, randomly my best friend grabbed the beads around my girlfriends neck, pulled her into her, and my girlfriend had to turn her head because my best friend tried to kiss her.
Best Friend: You’re so sexy! I love you!
My Girlfriend: *laughing* Thank you. I love you too.
Best Friend: Jennifer! I love you! You’re amazing!
Me: *laughing as my girlfriend moves closer to me and grabs my hand* I love you too!
I have a problem. No, I’m not a drunk or a druggie. Not that kind of problem. My problem is, when I feel like a girl is getting to close to me (like my girlfriend), I start to pull away. She called me out on it this morning on our way to go out for breakfast, but she also has been pushing me away. We had a ‘break-up’ talk yesterday. See, there is this guy that goes to the Rec, keep in mind, my girlfriend use to be my ‘mystery girl’ and I was under the impression she was straight before her and I ever talked, and she and this guy were sleeping together and ‘talking’ for 9 months. Toward the end of their whatever it was, her and I began getting close and you guessed it, started dating. I don’t know why she wanted to date me, because she hasn’t wanted a relationship with anyone for 3 years. Anyway, this guy, she’s crazy about him, and even though I’m not emotionally attached to her, I still don’t want to be someone’s second. She persisted on saying she wants to stay with me and be with me, so I said okay and that was that.
I am distant, I don’t think I can’t just stop pulling away. Even if her and I don’t last (and I have my major doubts) we know we will be friends and nothing will change besides the physical aspect. She’s one of my best friends and by far one of the best people in my life.
My Girlfriend:So I've decided to cut sweets from my diet, period. This is going to test me.
Me:No more sweets? :( Does that mean you wont be kissing me anymore then? :-P
My Girlfriend:hahaha nope I'll still be kissing you.
Me:Well I'm sweet, so I was just making sure lol
My Girlfriend:Yea but you're the type of sweet that can help me get in better shape.
