I am the luckiest officer! I have been ordered 6 times and canceled all of them. I think I hold the record for that honestly. I really hope my luck runs out because I’m tired of being at the top of the “on deck” list.

Last night when I was sleeping, Courtney wrapped her arms around me and I guess I freaked out and told her she can’t do that without letting me know first because I got scared and thought it was an inmate attacking me. I didn’t know my work effected me to that extent.
I just had dinner with my mother and my girlfriend. My mother loves Courtney and since I work all weekend my mother told me I am not invited to their fun shipping sprees and lunches lol.

After a long day at work, having to call a failure to lockdown on an inmate that I found suspicious items in his cell during my routine cell inspections, I got canceled from being ordered again (3 days in a row, the other officers are wondering how the hell I get so lucky), I can finally say that I get to see my girlfriend in 9 hours! :D I’m so excited! Somehow, I managed to be canceled from being ordered AGAIN (which is extremely rare). That sucks though, because I wanted to be ordered and actually have to stay and work, because that means I wouldn’t be eligible to be ordered for 3rd shift tonight, and Courtney flies in tomorrow morning. Oh well. I can go with no sleep on tomorrow, it’ll be worth it to see her.
I got ordered at 8 tonight to also work 3rd, then I got un-ordered right as I got to 3rd shift briefing. Talk about luck!
3 DAYS! :D
In just 3 days I will be picking up my girlfriend at the airport! I am so beyond excited! I can’t wait to be able to kiss her, hold her hand, fall asleep & wake up to her, and just be with her again.

I am expecting to get ordered tomorrow, therefore since I will more than likely have to work not only from 2-10:30, but also 10:30-6:30, I am going to be so fucking tired.
